About Steve & Julie
Steve and Julie Nicholas have been married since 1979, and are blessed with four adult children, as well as six grandchildren. For most of their lives, Steve and Julie have been involved in the discipling and equipping of men and women (both in vocational and lay ministry). Steve and Julie served with the Navigators doing college ministry at the University of New Mexico, University of Arizona, and Colorado State University. Steve also served as a Small Groups Pastor at a local church, and has been part of mission trips to China, Mexico, and five African countries.
In 2018, Steve began working with Bill Wright in his expanding ministry in the East African countries of Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. With a heart for discipleship and leadership development, Steve’s mission is to develop and prepare African leaders to lead, expand and give vision to the ministry Bill began, and to entrust it to another generation of African leaders.
